The Association of Fundraising Professionals International (AFP) represents nearly 28,000 members in more than 190 chapters throughout the world, working to advance philanthropy through advocacy, research, education and certification programs.  The association fosters development and growth of fundraising professionals and promotes high ethical standards in the fundraising profession.

Revised Colorado Common Grant Forms

The Common Grant Application and Common Grant Report Format allow Colorado grantmakers and grantseekers to work from a common set of questions that reinforces solid nonprofit practices.  At the same time, these forms save grantseekers time and effort by not having to create different applications and reports for multiple funders.

Formerly CANPO.  This state-wide organization has valuable tool kits on the website for Lobbying and Media (look under Legislative Updates).  They also provide some information on starting a nonprofit.

The Pikes Peak Library District hosts the El Pomar Nonprofit Resource Center as a place to learn about and to research grantwriting.  Housed in the Penrose Library, the Nonprofit Resource Center provides great tools for local nonprofits.
