Tackle Diversity without putting micro-aggressions upon your already diverse workforce. Join us July 15 at the Resource Exchange for our first in-person Lunch and Learn (or you can come virtually!) as we discuss what happens when trying to create more diversity in your organization. Open to all, this session is presented by Dr. MelindaJoy Mingo a professor, cultural capacity expert, and entrepreneur based in Colorado Springs. Dr. Mingo is the founder of Je-Nai International Ministry and Significant Life Change, Inc., and has developed multicultural initiatives both at home and abroad. Be prepared to learn more about the AFP Global commitment toward developing and maintaining a diverse organization that reflects, is responsive to, and embraces the diversity of the communities we serve throughout the world; respecting and valuing all people, and how our local chapter is taking leaps to adopt these principles.
